pay by check, you may print out the order

can I expect my order to be processed/shipped?

Orders
will be processed within 48 hours or 2
business days once payment has been received.
Business days are Monday through Friday
excluding holidays. We will also ship
on Saturdays if order and payment are
received in time to make a Saturday delivery.
Please note that orders will take longer
to process if they happen to be placed
on a holiday, but you will be notified
of any delays via email. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |

this time accept payments in the form
of Paypal, money
order or check at this time. If payment
is made by check, purchase will be sent
once the check has cleared. Please expect
a delay of 5-10 business days for check
clearance.
If
payment is made by Paypal you will be
directed to a secure Paypal site.

Ink will never have access to your credit

are the shipping / handling rates? |

Your
tee will be safely mailed through USPS
. Express mail is also an option if you
need your package sooner. Shipping and
handling rates are as follows:

and under = $ 5.95
$25.01-
50.00 = $6.95
$50.01-
75.00 = $ 8.95
$75.01-
100.00 = $10.95
100.01-
200.00 = $12.95

shipping.
International
orders vary according
to location, so please contact customer
service for a more exact quote. International
orders will be mailed using Global Priority
with USPS.
Express
Mail : $14.95 in addition
to normal rate for orders under $100.
For orders totaling more than $100, please
contact us for an estimate.

you charge sales tax? |

you live in California we will apply California
sales tax of 8.25% or the current tax amount
to your order. |

What is your return policy? |

We
want you to be happy with your purchase!
We are happy to exchange any item you
are not happy with.
All tees must be returned in unworn
and unwashed condition with original tags
attached. You must contact customer
service prior to any exchanges so that
you can be emailed our exchange form.
Item to be exchanged must be returned
within 14 days once contact has been made
with customer service.
There will be shipping fees added to your
order unless there was an error on our
part. If you have a product you wish to
return after the 14 business days you
will need to contact customer service.
If
there are any problems or concerns please
email our customer service prior to any
returns so that we may meet your needs. |

you reimburse shipping and handling fees
with exchanges? |

We
will not be able to reimburse shipping
and handling fees unless an error has
been made on our part in the mailing of
your product, in the case that the wrong
item has been shipped or the item was
damaged upon receipt. In these cases we
will be happy to absorb the shipping costs.
Each tee shirt will be carefully examined
prior to shipment to keep damaged merchandise
from leaving our hands. |

are happy to hear any suggestions or requests
for new designs! Feel free to email us
and let us know what you think would make
a good Lil' Beastees tee! If you are interested
in having one of our animal designs on
a tee shirt color that isn’t offered
for that particular shirt, contact our
customer service and someone will get
back to you within 24 hours to take your
order. Please note that the tee shirt
color must be one that we have in stock. |

seriously. We will never sell or disclose
any personal information to any third
party. Any personal information we require,
such as email, phone number and mailing
addresses is to ensure that you get your
package safely and in a timely manner.

In fact, once you place an order with
us you will be automatically added to
our contact list. We will contact you
only with information that we think you
would find of interest, like new designs
that will be available, new sizes and
colors in tees, and any specials that
we are running. If you prefer not to be
notified by email then just send us an
email at contact@sedaink.com and we will
take you off our contact list. If you
would like to be on our list, but have
not made a purchase we would still be
happy to add you to our contact list!
