Orders

The maximum items that can be purchased of a particular product or shade is 3.


Cancellations
Orders may be canceled no later than 48 hours after being placed.

Credit Card Refunds
Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping
We use a variety of carriers to support your deliveries. The United States Postal Service is the preferred service. UPS is also used in some instances.


We are unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the continental United States and Hawaii.

S.L.U.T. Cosmetics ships FREE anywhere in the United States. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. A street address and telephone number are required. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO, or on Saturday.

Order Confirmation
If you provide a valid e-mail address at the time you place your order you will receive two confirmations:
The first will confirm the placement of your order
The second will confirm the shipment of your order

Availability
While S.L.U.T. Cosmetics makes every effort to have all items available to order, occasionally certain items sell out. We will notify you if an item is no longer available. You will then have the option of canceling that item altogether, or ordering it in another color or style.

Tracking Your Order
If your order is shipped via UPS, an order tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier.
